I design, conduct, and manage research, evaluation, and strategy projects focusing on health, gender equality, education and training, and economic development. I have particular expertise in mixed-methods research, participatory approaches, learning experiences, and process design. My goal is to create the evidence and tools needed to build a more equitable future.
For the past 13 years I’ve worked with organizations across academia, healthcare, philanthropy, and NGOs to design and implement learning and measurement systems, develop program and organizational strategies, and facilitate dialogue and knowledge exchange.
I have a BA in Anthropology & Psychology from McGill University, an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a certificate in Learning Design from the University of Toronto.
I live in Toronto and I go by she/her/hers.
